AccelerateIP Stream 2-2 and Stream 3 Application Quote Guidelines:

Your quote should contain: 

• Service provider details (full name, address, email) and signature

• List of services (Stream 2-2 services,  Stream 3 services).

• Specific work details for each proposed service, as we cannot approve non-specific legal budget requests. 

  • If applying for a patent, trademark or industrial design, please include details such as filing country, plus include a working title, brief description or docket number (do not include confidential information)

  •  If applying for prosecution work, include associated application number and filing date

  • If applying for legal contractual drafting, include type of contract and how it is primarily in support of the implementation of the applicant's IP Strategy.

• Estimated completion date for each service.
  Please note: All services must be within the fiscal year (April 2025 - March 2026)

• Quoted price for each service in CAD, detailing the number of hours and hourly rate, disbursements, applicable taxes and any other charges

• Total amount in CAD, specifying the pre-tax and after-tax totals. 

• Project start and end dates
  Please note: We cannot extend a Stream 3 project's duration past the six-month maximum for any reason, including for matters outside of your control, such as time to review, timing of office actions.
